VISITING THE COMPUTER LABORATORY

This part of the Computer Science lesson for Form 1 students focuses on safety protocols when visiting a computer laboratory. It begins with a correction of a previous assignment, grouping images into "Do's" and "Don'ts" for lab conduct. It highlights some good behaviours to adopt such as clean the computer hardware components with a soft cloth and Do shut down the computer correctly. Then a real life example is provided about form one student who are visiting the laboratory for the first time, it is explained that certain instructions are there to prevent hazards and also protect the equipment.
